Support Staff (Food Runner / Busser / Host)

Birdseye Rooftop is hiring full-time Support Staff to help deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a hybrid role that includes hosting, running food, and bussing tables. You'll be the first impression our guests receive while also helping keep service moving behind the scenes.
Our kitchen is located on a separate floor, so this position requires excellent physical endurance, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to stay on your feet for an active 6–8 hour shift. This is not a stationary host position.
Position Details
- Full-time.
- $17.75/hour + tip pool.
- Average earnings of $29/hour with tips.
- Weekend availability required.
- 6–8 hour shifts.
We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Confident, personable host with outstanding guest service skills.
- Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow while remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong multitasker who communicates well with guests and the service team.
- Physically capable of carrying food, bussing tables, and moving quickly between floors throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
