Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces)
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Appropriate use of cleaning chemicals
- Stocking and tracking inventory
- Communication with the Front Desk and Engineering Team
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience of at least 1 year
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
